Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• 1–2 years in financial advisory or wealth management services.
• Active Life, Accident & Health licenses.
• Active FINRA registrations (Series 7/66 or Series 63/65) preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting production goals while maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive financial strategies based on clients' goals, risk tolerance, financial circumstances, and time horizons.
• Cultivate lasting relationships with individuals, families, and business owners while growing your book of business through networking, referrals, professional connections, and other business-development strategies.
• Conduct ongoing client reviews and proactively adjust strategies as clients' financial needs and life circumstances evolve.
• Collaborate with experienced advisors and internal specialists to provide clients with a truly holistic financial planning experience.
• Leverage technology, marketing support, and training to strengthen and grow your practice.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and regulatory compliance while continually strengthening your financial expertise, business-development skills, and client-service capabilities.
