Job summary

THHN Consulting LLC, a Florida-based healthcare consulting firm serving patients across all 67 Florida counties, seeks licensed Occupational Therapists to deliver home health OT as 1099 independent subcontractors. You will evaluate patients, design treatment plans, and support independence in daily living with a flexible schedule you set.

Responsibilities include home evaluations, ADL/IADL-focused plans, adaptive equipment, and safety training, with fast onboarding and access to our supportive

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in Florida.
• Current CPR/BLS certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers).
• Proof of professional liability insurance.
• Valid W-9 (we will provide a blank W-9 if needed).
• Reliable transportation.
• Home health or OASIS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations and OASIS assessments in the home setting.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on ADL/IADL independence and safety.
• Provide skilled interventions including adaptive equipment training, home modification recommendations, and cognitive rehabilitation.
• Complete re-evaluations, recertifications, and discharge documentation.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safety, energy conservation, and adaptive techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.
