Human Agency is seeking a driven leader to run one of our ventures remotely from the US or Canada. You will own the product, customers, revenue, and P&L, with the autonomy to move fast in a studio-backed environment.

You will build AI-enabled products, drive growth, and assemble a small, high-performing team. Expect a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture that rewards ownership and clear outcome delivery.

Qualifications

• Have run a real venture or revenue-generating unit.
• Able to build, ship, sell and iterate under pressure.
• Owns P&L or financial performance accountability.
• Providing artifacts of work (things you built, shipped, or grew).
• AI-native approach to building and scaling products.

Responsibilities

• Full venture accountability: direction, customer acquisition, operations and financial performance.
• AI-native product development: ship products with AI at core from day one.
• Revenue generation and growth: find customers, close deals, deliver value, build repeatable growth.
• Team building and leadership: hire and lead a small high-performing team, set culture and standards.
• Strategic pivots and decision-making: act with imperfect information, kill ideas that aren’t working.
• Studio reporting and collaboration: share progress and learnings with studio leadership.
