Prava Therapy seeks a licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist to lead and grow an on-site outpatient practice inside two premier senior living communities in Redlands & Hemet, CA. You will build relationships with residents to foster independence and wellness while delivering high-quality care.

You’ll combine clinical excellence with business ownership, supported by EMR/AI documentation, billing, credentialing, marketing, and growth coaching.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT or OT in California.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow an on-site outpatient practice within two senior living communities.

• Build strong resident and family relationships to improve outcomes.
