Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking an Associate to start hands-on on the lot, in the tunnel, and at the vacuum station. You’ll guide guests through the wash experience, keep the site running, and be the reason someone’s day gets a little better. The work is physical and outdoors in all kinds of weather.

No experience is required. A 60-day structured certification program sets you up from day one, and you’ll join a tight crew with daily visible results.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales: provide excellent customer service, support sales and membership growth, assist with sign-ups and account management, follow pricing policies.
• Wash Station Service: follow safety procedures, identify preexisting conditions, operate wash equipment safely, communicate issues to team.
• Convenience Station: engage with customers to ensure positive experience, manage member accounts, stock and organize centers, maintain cleanliness.
• General Duties: open/close duties, maintain tunnel safety and cleanliness, prepare towels and materials.
