Job summary

Assemble parts with hand tools, follow diagrams and blueprints, perform quality inspections, maintain a clean workstation, and support production goals. The position is full-time with multiple shifts and opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable with strong work ethic and attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Experience with basic hand tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts using hand tools and production equipment.
• Follow written instructions, diagrams and blueprints.
• Perform visual quality inspections during and after assembly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
• Support production goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with packaging, staging, and general production tasks as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
