Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $16.00/hr

The Bartender’s role is to tend the bar, creating unique and personalized guest experiences. Responsibilities include serving drinks, setting the tone, storytelling, and assisting with the overall experience. The role requires leadership, personable interaction, anticipation of guest needs, and cooperation with management and staff. Knowledge of classic cocktails, food, and wine is essential, with a curiosity to learn more.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent guest service in a fine dining, cocktail-centric environment.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits; eager to continue learning.
  • Use digital point of sale systems effectively.
  • Communicate well, accept feedback, and lead productively within a team.
  • Personalize service by adapting and improvising for each guest.
  • Maintain high attention to detail, organization, and passion for hospitality.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Physical Demands

  • Stand for over 5 hours.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Be comfortable with bending, walking, stairs, heights, elevators, and small spaces.
