Job summary

Absolute Group IA is seeking a Lowboy Drop Deck Truck Driver to comply with safety and DOT regulations, drive a truck, deliver equipment, and maintain equipment. The role may involve in-state travel and occasional overnight stays for construction projects.

Requirements include a Class A CDL (manual) with no restrictions, at least 1 year hauling oversized loads, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Strong work ethic and a positive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL (manual transmission) with no restrictions.
• At least 1 year operating experience hauling oversized loads and construction equipment.
• Clean driving record.
• Knowledge of state and local regulations.
• Daily inspections of truck and trailer and daily required maintenance.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Experience securing heavy loads with chains and binders.
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
