American International Contractors (Special Projects), Inc. (AICI-SP) seeks a Mechanical Quality Control Manager to lead on-site QC for upcoming overseas projects in Europe and the Middle East. The role demands a U.S. SECRET level security clearance and US citizenship.

Ideal candidates hold a Mechanical Engineering degree and have 10+ years of experience implementing construction quality control programs. Must be willing to work overseas.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Active U.S. SECRET security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience implementing construction QC programs.
• Proficiency with RMS, ProjNet, SharePoint.
• Completed USACE course: Construction Quality Management for Contractors.
• Willing to work overseas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute the Quality Control Program on site.
• Inspect and coordinate testing.
• Supervise workers engaged in inspection and testing activities.
• Formulate, document and maintain QC standards and objectives.
• Manage and review the submittal register.
• Check material, design, shop and as-built drawings.
• Other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Operations Manager.
