Job summary

RQ Construction, LLC is seeking a Construction Quality Control Manager for a healthcare facility project at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. You will lead the QC program, ensure adherence to contract requirements, and coordinate with field teams to preserve schedule and quality.

Applicants must have extensive healthcare project QC experience, a USACE CQM for Contractors certificate, a relevant engineering/construction degree, and willingness to travel to GTMO with a valid passport.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years combined experience in commercial construction in roles such as Superintendent, QC Manager, PM, or PE.
• Current USACE CQM for Contractors Certificate is required; RMS/QCS training preferred.
• Four-year degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• Specialty inspection training and licenses/certs are highly desired.
• Medical facility project experience is highly preferred.
• LEED AP/GA or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Level 1 EM 385-1-1, CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour certifications are required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement a project QC program aligned with contract requirements.
• Execute the QC program to meet performance goals and quality standards.
• Complete administrative documentation on time and manage client satisfaction.
