Job summary

IDS International is hiring Cleared American Guards (CAG) for security at Department of State construction projects outside the continental U.S. Candidates must have an active Top Secret Clearance and military experience in security roles.

This role involves ensuring safety and inspecting access to construction sites. Benefits include competitive rates, training, and overseas lodging. The position requires readiness for deployment and adherence to security protocols.

Qualifications

• Hold an active Top Secret Clearance.
• Successful completion of a DoD SE 630 (CAG) course.
• Minimum of three years of military experience as a Military Police Officer or similar force protection position.
• Meet certain medical and physical fitness requirements.
• Hold an active passport.
• Read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all persons and packages for prohibited items.
• Deny the introduction of prohibited materials onto the site.
• Conduct random inspections of all site areas.
• Surveil the perimeter and secure areas using CCTV systems.
• Rove the construction site after hours to protect access areas.
