What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Moderate and respond to comments across clients' social channels using their unique brand voice
• Write engaging content to spark conversations and drive online engagement
• Ensure online communities are safe, respectful, and aligned with client guidelines
• Escalate issues, insights, or trends to the internal team as needed
• Become an extension of clients’ brands by understanding their strategy, tone, and audience

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Native-level fluency in English AND Spanish; fluency in additional languages is an asset
• Exceptionally strong written communication skills in both English AND Spanish
• Must reside in the USA and be legally authorized to work
• Availability to work overnights plus one of the three shifts, any day, including weekends
• Professional experience managing social platforms, particularly in moderating and engaging
