Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking RNs and LPNs to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults in Scottdale, PA and surrounding areas. The role emphasizes building meaningful relationships with families and delivering high-quality, individualized home health care.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, PRN), day/night/weekend shifts, and 24/7 clinical support.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted RN or LPN license (Pennsylvania)
• License held at least 1 year prior to application
• Ability to provide care in a home setting
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults.

What You’ll Do

Qualifications

Required:

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Pennsylvania)

• License acquired 1 year prior to application

• Ability to provide care in a home setting

• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

Preferred:

• Pediatric or home health experience

• Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube)

Schedule & Flexibility

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities
