Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults in Scottdale, PA and surrounding areas.

This role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts with flexible scheduling, ongoing training, weekly pay, and strong support from a mission-driven team. Active PA RN or LPN license required; pediatric/home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN or LPN license (Pennsylvania).
• Experience in home health or pediatric care preferred.
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting.

What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting

Qualifications

Required:

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Pennsylvania)

• License acquired 1 year prior to application

• Ability to provide care in a home setting

• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

Preferred:

• Pediatric or home health experience

• Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube)

Schedule & Flexibility

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities

• 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts available
