McDonald’s franchise restaurant in Tacoma is seeking an Overnight Crew Member to join our team. Pay ranges from $18 to $19 per hour, with an 18+ eligibility requirement and night hours from 9 PM to 6 AM.

You’ll be the friendly face greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering a fast, accurate service. As the night shift progresses, duties include cleaning and maintaining the restaurant, with cross-training in kitchen tasks as needed.

What You'll Do

This is primarily a guest service and OVERNIGHT shift role. Each night, you'll be the face of our restaurant — welcoming guests, taking orders accurately, and delivering a friendly, efficient experience that keeps people coming back. As we move into OVERNIGHT hours, you'll shift into cleaning and maintaining the restaurant to our high standards, getting it ready for a fresh start the next day. You'll also be cross-trained in kitchen operations and may be asked to help prepare food as the team needs. Specifically, you can expect to:
