Join our dedicated team as an Overnight Residential Youth Counselor, where you will play a pivotal role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for the young individuals in our care. As a key member of our residential facility, you will be responsible for the overnight supervision and support of our residents, helping to foster stability, personal growth, and healing during the critical hours of the night. Responsibilities & Opportunities

As an Awake Overnight Counselor, you will:

  • Assist with bedtime routines and morning preparations.
  • Monitor students, conduct bed checks, and provide crisis support.
  • Encourage success, reinforce positive behaviors, and connect with students compassionately.
  • Gain certifications like TCI and apply trauma-informed practices.
  • Manage crises with understanding, facilitate routines, and document incidents professionally.
  • Participate in team meetings, develop meaningful programming, and uphold program policies.
