Job summary

Seven Days Jobs is hiring a Youth Coach for our Youth Shelter in an awake overnight role. You will be a beacon of hope and stability for youth aged 18-24, helping them pursue goals and heal from trauma. This full-time overnight position runs Monday–Friday 1:30 am–9:30 am, with a base hourly wage of $21.63 plus a $4.00 shift differential, plus a strong benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, HRA, disability coverage, vacation, unlimited health leave, and a 403(b).

• Background with at-risk youth or similar experience.
