$500 sign-on bonus at 3 and 6 months of employment.
Uta Halee Academy (UHA) is a female-specific, residential program that offers young women opportunities to build productive and meaningful futures for themselves and their communities. Through rigorous education, positive skill development, and individualized therapeutic interventions and treatment, we empower youth to reach their full potential. The facility features residential student dormitories, on-site schooling, a dining hall, and extracurricular opportunities for the students. Pay: The pay range $18-20 hour, depending on experience and part-time or full-time status (In addition, there is a $500 sign-on bonus at 3 and 6 months of employment)

What you will do: As a Youth Care Worker, you’ll provide safety and around-the-clock supervision for the youth in our program and provide an atmosphere that is supportive of the needs of the students. You’ll monitor and document student behaviors and activities and work in collaboration with other professional staff to establish and/or meet the goals of each student’s treatment plan.
There is no previous experience required for this role. Training will be provided, but if you do have related experience and/or education, you may be eligible to start above entry-level.
To be considered you should: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
Schedule: Looking to fill B shift. We are seeking those interested in part-time and full-time. The full time schedule is Wednesday-Saturday shift from 10 p.m. - 8 a.m. The part-time would consist of working 1-2 days within the B shift schedule.
