Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent and related experience.
• Experience supervising staff is required.
• Must be able to operate computer systems and log notes.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective communication procedures with YCW team to ensure all children are accounted and supervised during the shift.
• Oversee youth care staff and ensure execution of duties and adherence to policies.
• Ensure proper safety, security, and sanitation standards are maintained in all work areas.
• Document incidents promptly and accurately per policy.
• Train new staff and orient new hires to the facility.
