Job summary

Zarephath is seeking an Overnight Specialist for Mesa or Apache Junction to help ensure a safe, clean and welcoming home for youth aged 2–17 during night hours. You’ll perform checks, maintain a tidy environment and prepare meals and materials for the next day so young people wake ready to engage.

The role requires 21+ years old, 1 year in youth-focused behavioral health, a valid AZ driver’s license, and necessary clearances (fingerprint, CPR/First Aid, TB).

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• 1 year experience in youth-focused behavioral health.
• Valid AZ driver's license.
• Clearances: Fingerprint Card, CPR/First Aid, and TB test results.
• Tech savvy: familiar with Word, Excel, and Outlook for shift logging.

Responsibilities

• Safety & vigilance: Conduct regular checks on clients while they sleep to ensure a safe, secure environment.
• House stewardship: Keep the home tidy and welcoming through light cleaning and organization.
• Daily prep: Prep nutritious meals and set up materials for the next day's activities so the youth can start their day on the right foot.
