Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide routine daily care to residents in our Minnesota community, ensuring comfort, dignity, and adherence to each resident’s care plan. You will support ADLs, mobility, and social engagement with compassion and professionalism.

Shift: 10:30pm-7:00am, every other weekend. Wage: $18.50-$22.50 hourly, depending on experience and qualifications. Join a team focused on resident well‑being and safety in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• Prefer 6 months or more of experience in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living while maintaining dignity.
• Assist moving and transferring residents using safe techniques.
• Report changes in condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Encourage socialization and participation in activities.
• Respond promptly to resident alerts and requests for care.
• Follow infection control practices and safety guidelines.
• Observe resident emotional state and report changes to nurse.
• Perform other essential duties as assigned.
