Job summary

Bento Inc. in Fullerton, CA, is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to drive product availability and inventory accuracy under the Warehouse Manager.

You will oversee daily operations, coordinate receiving, storage and order fulfillment, supervise teammates, and ensure safety, compliance, and efficient ERP-driven processes across the facility. Eligible candidates bring 5+ years in supply chain, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems; APICS certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supply chain experience in a diverse product portfolio.
• APICS certification is considered an asset.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate layouts to maximize space and efficiency.
• Recruit, train, and manage teammates.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and perform monthly reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance on demand planning.
• Maintain safety and compliance with company policies.
• Generate reports and monitor KPI data in ERP.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor will drive the company’s objectives of improving Product Availability and Inventory Management. This role will oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities such as ordering, receiving and storing goods, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods to internal and external locations, scheduling and supervising teammates, and securing the warehouse. The individual will also be responsible for the smooth execution of inventory control procedures and practices.

• Coordinate warehouse layouts to maximize inventory space, facility, and process flow.
• Hire,train& manageteammates to ensure desired performance isachievedand all operating standards are adhered to.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment byestablishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures andcomplying withlegal regulations and Company policy.
• Develop andmonitorwarehouse operations through ERP and payroll/timekeeping systems.
• Responsible for all inventory reporting and data qualitypertaining toraw materials and finished goods within the ERP system.
• Review and analyze daily and weekly shipping and receiving, and inventory activity and conduct monthly reconciliation.
• Work closely with Sales and Financeteamson Demand Planning and ForecastImprovement andfacilitatestanding operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance reports and checklists are completed accurately for operational matters and all required corrective action is taken promptly.
• Other Ad Hoc Duties asrequiredto ensure the business runs smoothly

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in supply chain with diverse product and sourcing portfolios; consumer packaged goods experience preferred; food experience a plus.
• APICS certification is considered an asset (CSCP, CPIM)
• Strongexperience withinventory management/ERP systems; Just Foods preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills as well as organizational and planning skills with high attention to detail.
• Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple accountabilities and multiple internal customers.
• Strong senseof urgency and resultsoriented.
• The location operates 7 days a week. The successful candidate must have flexible availability to work various shifts and weekends.
