Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Selector II to join our Lakewood, WA facility. This full-time, overnight role starts at 3rd shift with a $20.50 hourly rate and a $0.50 shift differential.

You will read labels, pick items, and ensure orders are completed accurately while maintaining safety standards. We offer benefits that begin after 60 days, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSAs/HSA, life insurance, and paid holidays after 90 days.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• Must read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job tasks and safety communications.

Responsibilities

• Read or scan labels to identify slot location, product description, and quantity required for each order.
• Pull correct quantities from a slot location and place in a tote or box.
• Push tote or box along a static conveyor line and continue pulling items until order is complete.
• Work safely to prevent injury and damage to people and products.
