Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets is seeking a warehouse selector to join the distribution team overnight, four 10-hour shifts per week. You will build pallets safely, operate equipment (pallet jack, forklift, Vocollect), and perform order audits to ensure product accuracy and quality.

The role emphasizes maintaining cold-chain integrity and attention to detail, with opportunities to contribute to a high-performing distribution operation and gain exposure to safety training and PPE provided by Wegmans.

Qualifications

• Experience operating pallet jack, forklift and Vocollect.
• Ability to lift 20-25 lbs on average, up to 50+ lbs occasionally to frequently.
• Overnight schedule: four 10-hour shifts per week.

Responsibilities

• Ensure pallets of product are built safely and efficiently to maximize trailer space and minimize damage.
• Safely operate equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, and Vocollect as needed.
• Perform order audits to verify accuracy and quality.
