Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations at our Sarasota, FL store. You will unload, audit, and stage products while ensuring accurate receiving paperwork and efficient inventory flow.

The role requires forklift experience (preferred), strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with peak-season demands. Training and safety guidelines are emphasized in daily duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience driving a forklift is preferred.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Attentive to detail.

Responsibilities

• Unload, audit, and stage product to recover store inventory.
• Ensure receiving paperwork is properly completed.
• Store products properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures.
• Oversee rotation of inventories within the warehouse.
• Complete department and equipment training, including forklift certification.
• Follow safe lifting practices and standard operating procedures.
