The role emphasizes safe lifting, teamwork, and providing SMART customer service to help customers with projects. The position may involve morning, afternoon, or overnight shifts, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and helping customers and teammates in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education are acceptable.
• 3 months of experience operating forklift or similar power equipment.
• 6 months of warehouse experience including inventory handling and stocking.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers and supporting projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, down-stocking, organizing shelves and setting up pallets.
• Verify deliveries, complete dock prep, and operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts to support store operations.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following procedures for hazardous materials and housekeeping.
• Operate store equipment such as scanners and handheld devices as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to complete additional assigned tasks.
• For Pro Fulfillment Stores, use Orders App to pick and stage deliveries and ensure safe loading.
