Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 3 months of forklift/power equipment experience preferred.
• 6 months of warehouse inventory handling and stocking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers and offering support during projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, down-stocking, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets.
• Verify deliveries, complete dock prep, and operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following procedures for hazardous materials and housekeeping.
• Operate store equipment such as scanners, Zebra devices, balers, and related tools.
• Contribute to team efforts by helping with other assigned tasks.
