Job summary

Johns Manville is seeking a warehouse associate for overnight shifts (6PM-6AM) in Texas. The role supports safety, order picking, and shipping/receiving with 4–6 days per week and potential overtime. A minimum of 1 year in warehouse work and forklift experience are required, with a high school diploma.

Starting wage is $19.50/hour with increases to $22.27/hour after 90 days and probation. This temp-to-hire position may lead to permanent employment within the distribution center.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in warehouse and distribution.
• Forklift experience required, sit-down, propane preferred.
• Ability to load and unload flatbeds and dry vans.
• Good communication skills are essential.
• Integrity, time management and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and understanding of appointment system.

Responsibilities

• Show initiative in supporting safety, plant wide.
• Participate on committees as required.
• Identify and report any mechanical or operational difficulty with equipment.
• Use safe work practices and report hazardous conditions.
• Ensure accurate order picking and on-time shipping/receiving.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and efficient storage.
