Job summary

Uline is seeking an Overnight Warehouse Management Trainee at the Wisconsin Distribution Center. You will learn warehouse operations and leadership through an 18-month rotation across inbound, outbound, and supporting departments, earning a Bachelor’s degree and completing forklift certifications.

Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. Shifts are Sunday to Thursday, 7 PM to 3:30 AM, with significant growth and earning potential in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Master all aspects of warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program providing on-the-job learning.
• Participate in hands-on training across all warehouse teams including inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Develop Warehouse Management skills to uphold exceptional levels of accuracy, safety and performance in a high-performing warehouse environment.
• Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications throughout warehouse job rotations.
