Job summary

Uline is hiring an Overnight Warehouse Management Trainee at our Wisconsin Distribution Center. You will learn warehouse operations leadership through hands‑on rotations, covering inbound, outbound, and support functions while earning a competitive hourly wage with a $4 shift differential.

Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. Hours are Sunday to Thursday, 7 PM to 3:30 AM, with a career path that emphasizes safety, accuracy, and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse management environment.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with multitasking ability.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Master all aspects of warehouse operations management through an 18‑month rotational program with on‑the‑job learning.
• Participate in hands-on training across inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Develop warehouse management skills to uphold accuracy, safety and performance in a high‑performing facility.
• Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications throughout rotations.
