Job summary

The position requires lifting up to 70 pounds regularly, standing for extended periods, and working in cold environments; starting pay is $25.45 per hour with attendance incentives and shift premiums where applicable. PPE is provided after probation.

Qualifications

• 1 year forklift and warehouse experience with a single employer in the last 5 years.
• Cold storage experience preferred.
• Must be willing to frequently lift, push, pull, or carry up to 70 lbs and occasionally up to 90 lbs.
• Full range of motion of arms and legs; stand for long periods.
• Must pass post offer health assessment and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Work a 12-hour shift in a fast-paced environment; lift/carry up to 40 lbs during tasks.
• Use handheld scanner to track products loaded, unloaded, and moved around the facility.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Follow Tyson Policies and Safety Guidelines.
• Be willing to cross-train and move to other areas as needed.
