Job summary

W.W. Grainger, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate for Days/Nights at Bordentown, NJ distribution center. Pay starts at $21.15/hour with raises to $22.35/hour, plus $1/hour for PIE operators and $1/hour for overnight shift.

Benefits begin on day one: medical/dental/vision/Life; 18 PTO days; 6 holidays; 6% 401(k) company contribution; tuition reimbursement and more. Shift: Overnight Mon-Fri 8:00pm start.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently, up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• Able to stand for extended periods and work around moving equipment.
• Work well in a team and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound and outbound warehouse tasks such as unloading, sorting, labeling, and packing.
• Ensure products are packed and shipped correctly to meet quality and delivery speed.
• Operate scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Meet safety, productivity, and overtime requirements as needed.
• Perform other tasks as directed by leadership.
