BluePearl Pet Hospital is looking for a Veterinary Technician Supervisor with passion and the ability to motivate, engage, and train a team of veterinary professionals.

Shifts:

• Sunday–Wednesday 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• Wednesday–Saturday 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM

We offer an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to lead a dynamic team of veterinary professionals. The ideal candidate will have advanced veterinary skills, be excellent at training and mentoring, and possess strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

As a Veterinary Technician Supervisor, you will…

• Serve as a mentor to lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills, and business knowledge.
• Coach team members to proactively anticipate and address patient and client needs, and seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations.
• Work with hospital leadership to organize technician and assistant meetings.
• Organize training schedules for technician staff.
• Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolution.
• Provide feedback to leadership and work to develop performance improvement plans.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
