Positions Available:

• Full-time technicians: Overnight shifts.

Qualifications:

• Compassion: A genuine love for animals and a desire to help them.

• Detail-oriented: Meticulous attention to detail when recording information, administering medication, and performing other tasks.
• Manual dexterity: Skill in handling animals, medical instruments, and laboratory equipment.
• Physical strength: The ability to lift and manage animals of various sizes.
• Education: Valid veterinary technician credentials (CVT, RVT, LVT, or LVMT). Experience: Non-credentialed technicians with experience in ER, surgery, endoscopy, and critical care are also encouraged to apply. The ability to perform CPR and set IV catheters is a requirement.
• Leadership roles: Veterinary Technician Specialist (VTS) will perform lead roles and help manage & train in areas of expertise.

About the Role:

As a Veterinary Technician, you will play a vital role in our daily operations and patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting veterinarians with examinations, treatments, and surgeries.
• Preparing animals for procedures and monitoring their vital signs.
• Administering medications and vaccinations as directed by the veterinarian.
• Performing laboratory tests and interpreting results.
• Taking and processing radiographs.
• Educating clients on animal care, nutrition, and disease prevention.
• Maintaining accurate medical records.
• Ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Providing compassionate care to all animals.
