Qualifications

• Previous veterinary technician experience required; must be comfortable working independently and providing overnight care with a high degree of autonomy.
• Comfortable working independently during overnight hours in a hospital setting.
• Strong nursing-care skills and ability to monitor patients through the night.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive overnight nursing care for hospitalized and boarding patients.
• Monitor patients throughout the shift and recognize changes in their condition.
• Perform prescribed treatments and patient-care tasks.
• Ensure patients remain safe, clean, comfortable, and appropriately cared for overnight.
• Follow established treatment plans and hospital protocols.
