Bedrock Veterinary Specialists in Greenville, SC is seeking an overnight technician to join our Swing/Overnight Veterinary ICU Treatment team. We focus on caring for post‑operative and hospitalized patients with a culture built on integrity, kindness, accountability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Confident in IV catheter placement and restraining patients of all sizes.
• Experience with overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Care for post-operative and hospitalized patients overnight to keep them safe and comfortable.
• Monitor vitals and relay diagnostic information as needed.
• Restock, assist with procedures, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

As an overnight technician at Bedrock you will be responsible for caring and advocating for our post operative and hospitalized patients. Our goals overnight are to keep our patients safe and comfortable. You will need experience in performing basic vitals as well as communicating concerns for patients and relaying diagnostic results as needed. You will also need to have experience in placing IV catheters and running blood work. Some restocking and cleaning will also be a portion of the overnight duties. We do not have an emergency or urgent care facility so your patient care responsibilities can be focused on our post operative and hospitalized patients. Position Requirements:

• Confident in IV catheter placement, experience in restraining patients of all sizes and personalities, strong interpersonal skills, and successful experiences with overnight shifts.
• Pay will commensurate with experience
• High School diploma or GED certificate
• RVT or LVT are preferred but not required
• Flexible schedule including some weekend and holiday shifts
• Knowledge of medical procedures and animal handling
