Job summary

SP+ in Portland, ME is seeking an overnight valet driver to join our safety‑minded team. You’ll inspect vehicles, explain rates, and assist customers as they in-and-out through our checkout‑free parking system.

This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to drive manual transmission, and flexibility for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends. Hours are 11:00pm–7:30am, Saturday to Tuesday.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission is a plus.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
• Must provide documents proving eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and handle US currency.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles before parking and note findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Respond to customer questions quickly and politely.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving.
• Report accidents and safety hazards to management.
• Know local streets and provide directions if needed.
• Arrive in uniform and on time for every shift.
• Assist management with other duties as assigned.
