Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience.

• Ability to drive a manual shift vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic to keep flow of cars organized with a smile.
• Welcome guests upon arrival and departure.
• Greet customers by name and address their needs.
• Open and close doors for customers upon arrival/departure.
• Assist guests with luggage as needed.
• Turn off cars and retrieve keys.
• Provide valet tickets and manage retrieval process.
• Park and retrieve cars carefully, efficiently, and on time.
• Promote excellent customer relations and company spirit.
