Towne Park seeks enthusiastic Hospitality Associate - Driver to create welcoming experiences for patients, guests, and visitors. You will safely park and retrieve vehicles, assist guests with directions, and ensure smooth arrival-to-departure experiences through professional, friendly service.

As a Hospitality Associate - Driver, you help bring the Towne experience to life. Whether parking vehicles, assisting with luggage, or supporting guests, patients, and visitors, you create seamless arrival-to-departure experiences through safe, professional, and hospitality-focused service.

What You'll Do

• Safely park, retrieve, and inspect vehicles
• Create positive first and last impressions
• Deliver exceptional experiences through service, professionalism, and hospitality
• Welcome and assist guests, patients, and visitors with directions, wayfinding, and service-related needs
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety standards
• Maintain organized work areas and complete documentation accurately

What Makes You a Great Fit

Driving Requirements

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles (when applicable)

Compensation

Towne is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual pay will be based on job-related skills, experience, education, training, geographic location, and other business-related factors. The hourly base pay range for this position is -$20 per hour.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Bend, stoop, kneel and reach
