Qualifications

• Must have a valid state driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission is a plus.
• Availability to work second/third shifts and weekends.
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math with currency.
• Willingness to follow instructions and adapt to changes and delays.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently and communicate proactively.
• Inspect vehicles before parking and note findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Know local streets and landmarks for a seamless experience.
• Arrive on time in a clean uniform and ready to work.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
