Position Overview

Are you a night owl with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for premium service? We’re hiring Luxury Overnight Valet Attendants to support Nashville’s finest hotels after dark—where professionalism, safety, and first-class service never sleep.

As an overnight valet, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for VIP guests, ensuring every late arrival or early departure is smooth, secure, and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, following all safety protocols.
• Assist with billing of valet services to guest rooms.
• Maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies.
• Keep valet areas clean and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service, handle challenging situations professionally, and support team collaboration.
• Maintain punctuality, proper grooming, and uniform standards.
• Work overnight shifts reliably, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support operations and attend training sessions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Clean motor vehicle record (no more than 3 violations in 3 years).
• Successful background check.

Work Environment
