Overnight Valet Attendant ($15/hour + tips) - Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay

Join Towne Park as an Overnight Valet Attendant at the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay. This role offers a starting pay of $15 per hour plus tips.

Job Details
  • Schedule: Typically 11 pm to 7 am
  • Employment Type: Part-time

Responsibilities
  1. Provide friendly, professional service to guests, including greeting and acknowledging guests, and using their last names when appropriate.
  2. Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently, assist with luggage, and open doors.
  3. Assist guests with directions, reservations, and inquiries about the hotel and local attractions.
  4. Explain parking rates and procedures, issue claim checks, and maintain accurate ticket and vehicle information.
  5. Perform other duties as assigned, including delivering messages or guest amenities, and shuttling guests as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license for the applicable state.
  • At least 1 month of related experience or training.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles.
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend English, operate manual transmissions, and perform basic math.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform outdoor duties in various weather conditions.
Additional Information
