Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer full-time unarmed patrol deterrence in Philadelphia, PA. You will monitor a food and beverage distribution location, provide excellent customer service, and deter security incidents through visible presence.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to client personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, loading docks, parking areas, employee entrances, trailer yards, and surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for employees, vendors, contractors, and transport personnel per site procedures.
• Observe and report unusual conditions, damaged property, access concerns, and security-related incidents; document activities with clear reports.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with site contacts and emergency responders.
