St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. is hiring an Unarmed Security Officer in Lima, Ohio for overnight and flex coverage.

The role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with a competitive wage of $16.50 per hour and shifts on 3rd/flex positions. Responsibilities include access control, patrols, incident reporting, and providing courteous customer service while enforcing site policies. Applicants must be 18+, hold a HS diploma or equivalent, and be able to obtain an Ohio Guard Card;

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain an Ohio Guard Card.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Previous security experience preferred, especially in access control or patrol.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Comfortable indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors as needed.
• Availability for 3rd shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Control access by verifying identification and credentials.
• Conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols.
• Monitor for and report suspicious activity.
• Complete daily logs and incident reports.
• Provide professional customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Enforce site policies with professionalism and respect.
