Job summary

St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer for a healthcare facility in Athens, OH.

The role requires vigilance, clear communication, and a professional presence to protect patients, visitors and staff. The position offers a Monday-Friday Midnight-8:00 AM schedule with paid hourly compensation of $18.36. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, the ability to obtain an Ohio Guard Card, pass drug and background checks, and meet the facility’s security

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols of the healthcare facility and its grounds.
• Monitor security cameras and alarms to detect and respond to unusual activity.
• Assist in enforcing the facility's policies and procedures related to safety and security.
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, providing assistance and coordinating with local law enforcement or emergency personnel when needed.
• Control access to restricted areas and ensure only authorized personnel enter certain locations.
• Provide a professional presence by assisting staff, patients, and visitors, offering support when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and daily activities.
• Provide assistance with emergency evacuations when necessary.
