Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in Edison, NJ seeks an Overnight Team Member for the Dunkin location. You will deliver outstanding customer service, handle payments, and support food preparation while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities include cash handling, stocking, cleaning, and assisting in other duties as needed to serve travelers and guests overnight.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with customers and coworkers in a friendly, outgoing manner.
• Cash handling and basic customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers and customers.
• Operate the POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling: wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and temperature checks.
• Assist with kitchen tasks: prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
• Stock and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
