Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking an Overnight Retail Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, clean and stock locations, and handle payments accurately. You will prepare and serve food, follow safety standards, and assist travelers with a range of duties to meet customer needs.

The role requires standing for long periods, occasional heavy lifting, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand, walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist travelers.
• Operate POS system, process payments accurately and follow cash handling policies.
• Prepare and serve quality food, stock and clean workstations, maintain food safety.
• Cross-sell and upsell products and follow brand standards and policies.
