Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking an Overnight Retail Team Member to deliver friendly service, operate the POS system, and help stock and prepare quality food for travelers.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage with customers in a friendly, upbeat manner.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to lift and carry at least 40 pounds.
• Flexible overnight schedule required (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Read and comprehend instructions, safety policies, and notices.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Prepare, stock, wrap, label, and rotate food items.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and upsell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Follow brand standards and food safety requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
