Job summary

P.L. Marketing, Inc. is seeking a reset team member to work with Kroger on shelf resets and merchandising to approved planograms. You will move, restock, and rearrange products, collaborating with colleagues to maintain display standards and drive sales.

Shifts run Monday to Thursday, 9 pm–8 am, with potential overnight travel up to 50%. You will supervise temporary staff, follow safety guidelines, and communicate opportunities to your supervisor, all while ensuring planogram compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Fluent English; read/write/speak.
• Read, understand and implement planograms.
• Basic Excel and Word skills.
• Valid insurable driver with clean record.
• Smartphone with data; app may be required.

Responsibilities

• Shift from 9 pm to 8 am, Monday–Thursday.
• Direct temporary/part-time workers when needed.
• Work independently to execute category/aisle set plan.
• Read and implement Kroger planograms per standards.
• Operate Kroger equipment in a safety-first manner.
• Communicate merchandising opportunities to supervisor.
