Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must have Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• MVR acceptable per company policy.
• MSHA 5000-23 Part 48 certification or willingness to obtain (company pays).
• Pre-employment drug test and physical required.
• Ability to pass Federal Firearms background check.
• Ability to pass government background check for access to government sites.
• Able to walk repeatedly on steep/rough terrain carrying materials.
• Punctual and reliable; willing to learn and be a team player.
• Extensive overnight travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a safety-focused crew.
• Assist in all manual labor tasks as directed by supervisor.
• Perform physically demanding construction duties.
• Comply with all safety policies and standards.
• Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Work in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow).
• Operate equipment in challenging terrains and weather.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Extensive overnight travel is required.
